• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
• You will receive an order confirmation email/WhatsApp message with your order details.
• In case of any delay due to stock or technical issues, we will inform you immediately.

⏳ 2. Delivery Timelines

• Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days depending on your location.
• Remote or rural areas may take longer (up to 10 days).
• Orders are shipped through trusted courier partners (DTDC, Delhivery, Blue Dart, etc.).

📍 You can track your shipment using the tracking number provided via email/WhatsApp once dispatched.

🛑 3. Delays & Exceptions

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

• Weather disruptions, strikes, natural disasters
• Courier service delays or incorrect address provided
• Public holidays or lockdowns

🧾 4. Shipping Charges

• Standard shipping is FREE for most prepaid orders.
• Express delivery (if available) may have an extra charge.
• COD (Cash on Delivery) option is not available for now.

📦 5. Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or with missing items:

• Take a photo/video at the time of unboxing
• Report the issue to us within 48 hours of delivery
• We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable

In case of failed delivery due to:

• Incomplete/incorrect address
• Unavailability of the customer after multiple delivery attempts

The package will be returned to us. Re-shipping can be arranged at an additional cost.
